About Us

There’s something different about the Maritimes.

Maybe it’s the way people wave to each other on back roads. Or how a quick stop to say hello turns into a conversation on the porch. Maybe it’s that small, quiet care that shows up in everyday things—like how someone folds a hoodie, or takes a call with a smile in their voice.

That’s the feeling behind everything we do.

If you’ve found your way to Maritime Swag, we hope what you find here feels a little familiar. A little like home.

We’re a mom-and-pop shop by nature, but you won’t find our faces in the spotlight—because what we do here isn’t about us. It’s about you. It’s about honouring what it means to be a Maritimer—where every role matters, and no one stands above the rest.

Our small team—Louise, Andrew, Tonya, and Drew—work side by side with care and pride. Every shirt is printed and packed by hand, folded like a hug, and sent off from our shop in Pictou County.

And when your order heads out the door, it’s handed to someone we know by name—couriers who’ve delivered for us for years, and who are part of our rhythm just like we’re part of theirs. Most days, we’re out at the truck helping them load, just to share a quick story or get a good laugh in before the next stop.

We don’t think of customers as transactions. We think of them as neighbours. Some have become friends. Some call just to say hi. And we’re grateful for that.

We invite you to do the same. If you have a question, want to place an order, or just feel like chatting—we’d love to hear from you. Most days, when the phone rings, it’s Louise or Andrew who’ll pick up. And we’re always glad for the chance to talk.

Not a call centre. Not a robot.
Just real people, here in Nova Scotia.

Thanks for being here.
