I ordered 4 hoodies for my family for Xmas was provided a toque free of charge ! Your wonderful staff changed the toque from born in Cape Breton to the born in Newfoundland without any issues ! Over size

Quality was good but way too big. Some comments say to size up but I wish I had not done so. Too big for me even to wear.
